Renowned diamond jewelers Nirav Modi and Mehul Chokshi left the country after defrauding Punjab National Bank of Rs 11,500 crore a few days ago. Despite being one of the biggest public sector banks of the country, PNB is in a deep shock for its loss of money as well as reputation. It is being claimed that the huge fraud took place because of the bank’s carelessness towards lendings to the business group.
In the age where social media is heart and soul of the people, how could netizens have not trolled PNB for the scam. But one of these trolls was so savage and on point that it stood out from the rest. And no prizes for guessing! It came from food delivery company Zomato.
