This has been excellent year for Bollywood. The recent releases like ‘Parmanu’, ‘Sanju’ and ‘Dhadak’ have set the box-office rolling. Well, the second half of the year seems equally profitable and entertaining because a lot of great films are slated to release. To count a few, we have ‘2.0’, ‘Thugs of ‘Hindostan’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Zero’. But it seems that all may not go well with ‘Zero‘, and it can become just another disaster in King Khan’s career.
Moreover, in last few years, most of his films have fared poorly at the box-office, and his last release ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ was a massive flop.
There is not one but many reasons as to why this movie will not be successful as it is predicted to be. Previously, it was expected to clash with Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘Kedarnath’. Though this clash has been averted, the movie will hit the theatres on the same day as ‘Aquaman’ and James Cameron’s ‘Alita: Battle Angel’. They all will release on December 21.
Needless to say, the ‘Aquaman’ trailer has completely mesmerized us, and we can’t wait to experience this DC universe. Plus, one can’t ignore what ‘Avatar’ director, James Cameron, has to offer in ‘Alita: Battle Angel‘.
To your surprise, ‘Zero’ will also collide with Anupam Kher’s much-awaited ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ and Riteish Deshmukh’s marathi movie, ‘Mauli’.
Well, this is not it. In case ‘Zero’ survives in the midst of these great films and comes out as a winner in the first week, the next week will be even more challenging as Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ starring Ranveer Singh will hit the screens.
Phew! so much competition!
Hence, it is hard to say that ‘Zero’ would be victorious among these films, but at the end of the day it is Shah Rukh’s film, his magic can do wonders. Right, guys?
