This Woman Rubbed Her Own Menstrual Blood On Her Body, And The Reason Will Astound You!

1:35 pm 1 Nov, 2018

In this age of social media, anything is possible. Like “anything”! Many a few times we see people doing bizarre things, or rather out of the box things on social media, just to motivate others. You are going to be shocked to hear what we are about to share with you. Well, a woman rubbed her menstrual blood on her body, not only this, she even ‘rolled around naked on the grass’ of her own garden! Sounds bizarre, well apparently, she did the same because she wanted to inspire people about positivity and acceptance. This woman named Maxinne Bjork is from Bali. Interestingly, she’s a naturist and a yogini.

The diva posted a picture of hers in which she can be seen with blood (menstrual blood) rubbed on her face and body. And it seems that her post has reached many. She shared the picture via her official Instagram handle.

Today after a very productive and super fun day, I just came home all emotional with lots on my minds that I just pushed a side cause I didn't have space to deal with it in the moment. I sat down and did some deep breathing, and all of a sudden felt a strong urge to cover myself in my life-giving fluids as a woman. So without really thinking of why or anything else, I just did. Smudged it out all over my body and then rolled around naked on the grass in my garden all covered in my menstrual blood. Smelled the earth and started crying intensely. Both from happiness and sadness. After some crying I started laughing instead. I’m so happy to have my mum in my life, we both help each other to get through some rollercoasters. The family situation we are in right now is just very draining. But thats life. And exactly how it is suppose to be in this moment. Accept and love ❤

Interestingly, Maxinne Bjork has around 48.4k followers on her Instagram account. That’s too much of followers, don’t you think? But it appears that this somewhat bold post of hers didn’t go well with the people. We got a hold of her Instagram post and came across another post in which Bjork had gracefully replied to such people.

This is what she posted later on:

Monday feelings! So many people has something against this day and feel anxiety about it. For me, I love mondays. Fresh beginning of the week and I just feel a bit extra happy and productive. I guess it comes back to how satisfied you are with what you do during the weeks. If this day and the meaning of it makes you feel anxious, maybe take it as a big question-mark for you – is it really the right path you are on if you aren't happy during weekly work? Important to spend most hours in life with things you actually love doing. It's never to late to change profession or lifestyle. The power of the mind and will can take you anywhere, if you use it wisely 💕🌷

Waaoow what this is needed. Time for myself. Alone. Waking up to do my practice and eat a delicious breakfast outside in silence with nature around. Just started to read a book for the first time in ages (a few months😏), just for pleasure – and since I started reading I havnt been able to stop. Even bringing the book to the toilet while doing necessary human needs. Aahh… How I love me-time! And this so reminds me to not forget to give myself these kinds of moments even during more hectic periods. To be able to give your fully you, you need time to slow down in between and let it all land. Absorb to your inner soul. Well well, I’m loving this time right now. I’m in the perfect spot to slow down just for me 😍💛
