Vishal Bhardwaj is an Indian screenwriter, music composer, director, producer, and playback singer. He made some major contribution in Hindi cinema earning 7 National Film Awards and 1 Filmfare Award in four categories.

Though not clearly depicted, this certainly is Bhardwaj’s dig at Modi government. The recent news of Nirav Modi fraud is making headlines. This jeweler has committed fraud of ₹12,622-crore by creating false Letters of Intent in Punjab National Bank. Now, he has fled the country without the government being able to bring him back. The photo is clearly a jab at the situation.
