There have been instances when players caught the ball in a fraction of second and the viewers almost ate their fingers. Such catches are remembered by everyone. A week back, the world went gaga over Usman Khawaja’s catch to dismiss Virat Kohli in Adelaide. Then it was Indian Captain’s turn and he did it with the swag which will be remembered by fans all around the world.

On December 14, Virat Kohli was at the Optus Stadium in Perth and put up an incredible piece of fielding on display. Ishant Sharma’s short-pitched delivery bounced off and Australian player Handscomb tried to get behind the ball but it got carried towards the second slip right in Virat’s hands. The catch was not easy, but Kohli’s perfect jump made it a piece of cake. He stretched to the maximum and leapt on to a one-handed catch.
