Who would have thought that the lanky guy from Masaan will one day take the whole nation by storm? There is no wonder he portrayed his acting skills from the very first movie but people thought that he will be another artist restricted to the world of art films. We are glad that Vicky Kaushal broke that notion to emerge as one of the celebrated new-age actors in Bollywood. Moreover, his recent success in the film Uri: The Surgical Strike proves that he is here to stay for long.
Not just the movie but one particular dialogue from the film gripped the emotion of the audience all across the nation. Yes, it’s the dialogue ‘How’s the Josh?’

Recently, the actor took to Instagram to share an emotional post related to this dialogue. In the caption he wrote:
‘It’s not just a line anymore… I get so many “How’s the Josh?!” videos from you all everyday, each one made with so much love and passion, from schools, colleges, cafes, work places… from people fighting the cold in minus temperatures to people sweating it out in the gym… from conference meetings to marriage ceremonies… from a 92 years old grandmother to a 2 years old kid… from even our Jawaans in the armed forces. It’s not just a line anymore, you all have turned it into an emotion… an emotion so strong and special, I’m going to cherish for life. Thank You everyone. इस प्यार और सम्मान के लिए तहे दिल से शुक्रिया। ❤’
That’s not just it! He also shared an accompanying image wearing a hoodie with the words ‘How’s the Josh?’ written.
It’s no doubt that the post is an emotional one but is Vicky Kaushal exaggerating his success? Apparently not! Upon digging further on other social media platforms, here are some of the posts we came across. Let’s start with the one where Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is saying it in full josh.

Even BJP used the same dialogue to post a tweet about the recently announced interim budget 2019

If you are thinking it’s only the politically connected people using this dialogue as a slogan then you are wrong! Check out how the common people are reacting:

These posts certainly prove that ‘How’s the Josh?’ has crossed the line of being a mere dialogue and turned into something more. It has become an emotional phrase which will be increasingly used the in upcoming days. Do you think the same or have a different view? Let us know in the comments.
