We have seen some of the most amazing dance moves by Varun Dhawan in Remo D’Souza’s ‘ABCD 2’. Apparently, the ‘Student Of The Year’ actor is also a huge fan of the famous choreographer.
The actor speaks his heart out when it comes to appreciating his peers in Bollywood. But one of Dhawan’s recent tweets about D’Souza’s dance reality show did not please one of his brand endorsements much and, in fact, seems to have landed him in trouble.
Impressed by the performances on Remo D’Souza’s reality show ‘Dance Plus’, Varun Dhawan said,
Dance Plus defiantly has the best live dance acts on Tv superb #DancePlus3 @remodsouza

But his genuine praise for the show that is aired on Star Plus landed him in trouble as he was asked to remove the tweet by one the brands he endorses.
Sony Sab TV had roped Varun Dhawan in as its happiness ambassador last month. Subsequent to his tweet praising ‘Dance Plus’, Sony Sab TV asked Varun to delete his tweet as he could not be supporting a rival channel or any of its shows. The tweet was deleted by Varun within an hour. The actor, however, has not made any comments on the matter so far.
Mid-day quotes one of its sources saying,
It was a clear case of clash of interests. Varun did it with honest intentions, without thinking of consequences. But, it didn’t go down well with Sony.
