It’s April Fool’s Day and the people are all about tickling the funny bones today. People on social media are getting crazy about fooling each other on the public platform and our hard-working police officers have just entered in the trolling game!

Uttar Pradesh Police have been very active on the social media for quite some time and they make sure to put regular posts about their achievements and interesting graphics to spread awareness. The centre focus of their tweets and posts are the messages for the criminals so that they keep a check on themselves.

They gained huge support from social media for their tweet in February that said:

Police se nahin, crime se darr lagta hai sahab. (we are scared of crime, not police)”.

Comically, on the occasion of April Fool’s Day, just like others, the state police have gone on Twitter to teach some life lessons to the criminals.

They have posted a tweet on Twitter that was captioned:

“Kucch to kaaran hoga ki villain ant main maara jaata hai. (There must be some reason that the villain gets killed in the end)”

The best part of the tweet is that the tweet features a number of iconic Bollywood villains who have made a mark on the silver screen.

Featuring villains like Amrish Puri as Mogambo from Mr. India, Ajay Devgn as Sultan Mirza & Emraan Hashmi as Shoaib Khan from Once Upon A Time In Mumbai and Shakti Kapoor with others, they tweeted the image with this caption on the top:

“Aisi deeng maarne waale har apradhi ko aaj ka din mubarak (Regards of the day to all the criminals who vaunt like this) #AprilFoolsDay.”

The Twitterati seemed to enjoy the little filmy joke by the witty state police as they reacted with the same funny sarcasm to the tweet.

It is indeed a Happy April Fool’s Day!
