Actor Rishi Kapoor, who is notorious for his temperament, has been always in the limelight for his sensational tweets. In the most recent controversy, Mumbai-based NGO Jai Ho Foundation filed an FIR against the actor with Mumbai Cyber Police for posting an “indecent” photo of a child. The complaint was under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. However, the actor deleted the tweet soon after the controversy snowballed and he was trolled.

In another incident, thanks to Rishi Kapoor, a very special evening celebrating the great Raj Kapoor’s 93rd death anniversary, turned out to be an ugly one. At ITC Maurya in Delhi, a book was to be released: “Raj Kapoor: The One and Only Showman” but the actor threw a tantrum when he spotted some journalists at the venue. He muttered “muft ki daru…”. As per an eyewitness, he ordered them out, much to the embarrassment of the hosts who tried to reason with him.

So, from a tweet comparing a flower vase to a pregnant Beyonce to sending a veiled threat to a journalist in a direct message, he does it all.

In a recent tweet, he tried to compare the Kapoor family (from Prithviraj Kapoor, Raj Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, and Ranbir Kapoor, to four generations of the president of the Congress Party: Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajeev Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi).

However, Twitterati quickly latched on to his remarks and showed him what they think:

Recently, a prominent member of the Kapoor family spilled the beans about the ultimatum given to the intrepid Twitter contributor. “Chintu Uncle can’t be gagged by any of us. He has embarrassed the hell out of Ranbir who is just the opposite of his father: opposite in temperament and attitude to social media. After every embarrassment caused by Chintu Uncle, Ranbir and (sister) Riddhima would plead with Neetu Aunty to put a stop to the excesses on Twitter. But Neetu Aunty would shrug in resignation.”
