It was an unofficial ‘Republic’ day for India, as the most independent and loudest journalist is back on TV. Arnab Goswami has returned with his new channel, ‘Republic’, but his roaring avatar remains the same.
On its very first day, the channel exposed that Lalu Prasad Yadav was taking instructions from convicted don Mohammad Shahabuddin. It also aired audio tapes of the conversation between the mafia don and the politician. This seems like a planned move by Arnab to make a massive and loud start.
Seeing such a blazing start, the internet welcomed Arnab with open arms and warned other corrupt politicians of the Arnab’s storm.
