Even as US President Donald Trump celebrated 100 days in office on April 29, his speech for the occasion was nothing but an attack on India, Russia, and China.

The speech, which by now would have reached world capitals, was an attack on the Paris Climate Accord, which Trump said is one-sided.

He further accused these three nation of not paying enough towards mitigation of greenhouses gasses and said that his predecessors “rushed” to join the international agreement.

Despite the fact that the crowd booed his suggestion, Trump continued his assault on his predecessors and said that he will be making a “big decision” on the Paris Accord within the next two weeks.

Trump, who was elected in November 2016, during his campaign had vowed to withdraw from the Paris accord within 100 days of becoming president.
