5. Regular Bowel:
Do whatever. I mean, WHATEVER. But never compromise on regular bowel movement. Make sure your body clock has a specific time, any time, to discharge. If it becomes a problem, don’t get stressed, which will only aggravate the problem. Drink plenty of water to regulate your bowel movement. Avoid eating junk and oily food and include lot of roughage in your diet whenever faced with such a problem. Never let this problem stay with you for more than a week. Consult a doctor. Or better, take homemade solutions.
Unless you are challenged by the limitations of the ability to do so, my advice is to put on your running shoes and head to the nearest jogger’s park in your locality. Running releases endorphins, a scientific term for happy-hormones. It takes your mind off stress. Not just that, regular running regulates your hunger which in turn means healthier body.
Some like it, some hate it and some absolutely detest it. Nevertheless, it is a must. Though fruits are always a better option to juice considering the amount of roughage they provide. But you are more likely to feel full with 2 oranges vis-a-vis the amount of juice those oranges will make. Therefore, when not feeling hungry, be sure to grab a glass of freshly prepared juice. 2. Deep breath:
No matter how busy you pretend your life has become, breathing deep isn’t that much of a hog at your time table. All it takes is 2 minutes of concentrated breathing, feeling the full force of life injected into you, down to your stomach, and then exhale through your nose with the same force. A couple of times of this exercise a few times a day will introduce your body to much that you did not expect.
1. Never miss breakfast:
The importance of breakfast cannot be emphasized enough. Its the meal that starts your day and the one that keeps you going long enough till you decide to look for the second one. I personally feel so much more positive on days when I take a full breakfast that I now am totally biased towards the issue. Take your side.
