With temperatures dropping bit by bit every day, winter is now finally in full swing. It is important to keep ourselves protected from the biting cold but pampering and fondling our skin is also equally essential. Wintertime is the worst for skin, particularly for those who have dry skin. Here are some tips for you on how to take care of your skin this chilling season to keep it plump and baby-soft!
1. Never forget to moisturize
Irrespective of whether you have a dry or oily skin, keeping it moisturized is a must at two occasions – first after bath and second at bed time.
2. Do not take a shower in boiling-hot water
The higher the temperature of the water, the more dryness and damage it will cause to your skin. Just keep it soothingly warm and enjoy your shower.
3. Apply an after-bath oil
Immediately after you take a shower/bath, apply a body lotion or body oil while your skin is still a little damp. It will help to lock the moisture in your skin.
4. No summers doesn’t mean no sunscreen
So these days you might be feeling pleasant under the sun but do not forget that skin exposure to sun is detrimental even in these chilling days! So make sure you apply a sunscreen 15 minutes before every time you step out.

6. Don’t forget to moisturize hands

10. Don’t be lazy! Get up and exercise
Even if a little bit, but exercising everyday will help to boost blood circulation and keep your skin (besides your body) in good health. It’s not necessary to go out in those chilling mornings. Just a little bit of indoor workout would be equally good.
11. Food plays a vital role
Markets are flooded with huge variety of fruits and vegetables in winters. So what are you waiting for? Also grab a few nuts and dry fruits along. Trust me it is a wonderful way to plum and pink cheeks.
