Heavy rains in Chennai have “wreaked havoc” on commuters, making travelling almost impossible at many places. Raghavan Chakravarthi has shared a video on his YouTube channel that shows that some brave men from Chennai forming a human chain to save a man from drowning. The man was caught in the flow caused by record-shattering torrential rains that brought Chennai to its knees.
