The arrest was made after the parents of a 13-year-old boy read part of a conversation between her and their son on his phone.

The text conversation according to the parents was clearly sexual and on further inquiry, they found out that she reportedly had been having sexual encounters with their son.

According to the Goodyear Police Department, the parents found out about the conversation due to an app which alerted them to the texts which had certain ‘keywords’ –

“The text messages found are sexual in nature that allege an ongoing relationship between the two…As a result of an app, which alerted the parents to some keywords, they then checked the cellphone and discovered these text messages.”

When the 13-year-old was inquired about these messages, he stated that his married teacher named Brittany Zamora had started flirting with him on a classroom chat group and then sent him her images in lingerie so as to seduce him.

A news report also states that during one exchange, the teen had told Zamora that he wanted to have sex with her again and she had responded by saying:

“I know baby! I want you every day with no time limit.”

The reports further added that the boy’s parents were even “harassed” by Zamora’s husband where he begged the boy’s father not to contact authorities about the allegations.

He had also stated that his wife had “made a big mistake, but that she loved the kids.”

The boy’s father, in turn, had ignored Zamora’s husband invitation to “settle the matter” and hung the phone up. The alleged teacher had started working at the school less than a year ago and would be appearing in court on March 29.
