The King Khan of Bollywood is one guy who has got a great sense of humor, and we all know it by now, don’t we?. From shunning down the trolls with utmost sass to perfectly addressing the press, Shah Rukh Khan is just grand like his name. Recently, at the Golden Rose Awards ceremony, some of the most eminent personalities from B-town including SRK and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, took part at the event. During the show, Aishwarya was declared as the timeless beauty and also got an award for the same.

Let’s talk about the title first, looking at this picture, it appears to be a fact that aging doesn’t affect the diva. I mean she looks radiant as ever, don’t you agree. She is shining for all the right reasons in this beautiful red dress!

Now, SRK was there to present her with the award. While felicitating Aishwarya, it was SRK’s speech which gave people a good time. It seems that he was in a jovial mood, I mean his speech said it all! Getting all nostalgic, SRK remembered that they could not work in any movie in which they could romance normally. In Mansoor Khan’s Josh, they were twin siblings whereas in Devdas, they were tragic lovers, and in Aditya Chopra’s Mohabbatein, Aishwarya essayed the character of a ghost.

SRK jokingly said:

“Mohabbatein mein yeh bhootni thi”.

The Zero star was all praises for Aishwarya as he recognized her talent. Humble as he is, he even wished Aishwarya’s daughter, as he was unable to attend her birthday party, although his son AbRam was present on the occasion. He even stated that AbRam has a notion that the megastar (Amitabh Bachchan) is his grandfather.

Do not forget to check out SRK’s hilarious speech below:

Other Bollywood biggies who were present in the event included Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, Kajol and many more. Well, it was interesting to see SRK and Aishwarya Rai sharing the stage, wasn’t it? Also, we are very happy that Aishwarya bagged the title. She deserved it!
