The first ever film I saw of Sridevi was Chaalbaaz followed by Sadma. The striking portrayal of three different characters by the same actress left me in awe. That awe is still alive! One year back it was a shock for Bollywood fraternity and fans when the diva was found dead in a hotel room. Her death was caused by accidental drowning.
Winner of numerous awards, including National Film Awards, she has given many amazing performances in her lifetime. Her last film was Mom but she was last seen on screen in SRK’s Zero.
On the eve of the late actor’s death anniversary, her daughter took to social media to remember her. Dhadak actress Janhvi Kapoor shared an image along with an emotional caption.
Soon the netizens started paying their respect while remembering this amazing actress. Here are some of the comments:
Celebs and netizens from different walks of life also paid their respect through social media.
