Like every hot Bollywood celeb, there was someone behind Sidharth’s physical transformation and it was his Delhi-based fitness trainer – Kuldeep Singh Bisht. Every time Sid ripped his t-shirt off, it gave a glimpse of his super hot ripped body, all thanks to Kuldeep!
Sid’s obsession for fitness is credited to Kuldeep Singh‘s contribution as his mentor. Not only did he personally coach him, but groomed Sid to new levels of fitness and work of mind and body as well.
Kuldeep remained faithful to his student and inspired him through Yoga, spirituality and vigorous gym sessions. Their personal chemistry is great and when he’s in Delhi, Sid always catches up with his former fitness instructor.
The ‘Ek Villain‘ actor, prior to his acting career, was coached by Kuldeep in the field of Rugby. Yes, the talented actor was once an avid rugby player in Rugby club Delhi Hurricanes team and was equally successful there too!
Kuldeep Singh Bisht is a highly respected Rugby coach and fitness mentor in Delhi, with satiating knowledge in the field of Yoga, sports and travel.
Kuldeep has won several tournaments on national level as Coach and President of the Delhi Rugby Football Club, which he formed himself. He travels extensively with his team, but his love for Sidharth never perished.
For his contribution to the society via Rugby, Kuldeep has also won Karmveer Purushkar by ICONGO in 2012. Sidharth was last spotted with his former coach in this 2017 Instagram post:
