Bigg Boss is the biggest platform on national television and this is the reason why no filmmaker leaves a chance to promote their film on this show. The starcast of the film Aiyaary – Sidharth Malhotra, Manoj Bajpayee, and Rakul Preet Singh – had appeared on Bigg Boss 11 to promote their film but ended up offending people’s sentiments.
Soon things went out of hands and people started slamming Sidharth for his act. During the promotional activities, Sidharth was asked by Manoj to say a dialogue in Bhojpuri language.
Here’s what Manoj Bajpayee asked Sidharth to say:
“Sikar to sab kehu karela, lekin baagh jaisan sikar kehu na kare.”
But, Sidharth making fun of the language said:
“Aisa lag raha ki neeche baitha hua hai, latrine me. Bathroom me kar rahe hain ki kaha hain?”
Shocked after listening to what Sidharth said, actress Neetu Chandra, who hails from Bihar, slammed the actor in her tweet.

Never confuse their fame with their intelligence I always say that. They r like dumb mannequins who neither hv brains nor any kinda professional awareness.

To make the damage control, Sidharth had to come forward and apologize for his mistake. Here’s what the actor posted apologizing to the audience for hurting their sentiments.
I recently tried speaking a new language while I was on a TV show. In the process if I inadvertently hurt anyone’s feelings or sentiments, I apologise and assure you that no disrespect was meant in any way.
