As a child, Shweta was always into sports, but tennis was something she said continued to stay with her.

At 21, she started playing for numerous tournaments in the country and even in the US. That was the time when Shweta also started running and cross fit training.

#throwback to a lot things and my message here is not about #transformation it's about bringing that balance into your life!! First pic was 2 years ago when I ran a lot and barely lifted any weights hence look skinny and my strength was barely anything … mid pic is one year ago when I lifted every single day and barely ran hence look bulky coz I also ate like a pig which doesn't suit my body but my strength went off the roof… now the third pic is current situation where I do both in moderation and maintain endurance and strength but of course running primary and dominant coz I am a runner plus I follow vegan diet now (completely off meat and dairy or animal products and rarely eat sugar/sweets) !! ONE IMPORTANT THING I WANT TO POINT OUT IS LIFTING WEIGHTS IS NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BULK YOU UP LIKE THAT, it's different for everyone and I was obviously not eating the way I should ve so don't misunderstand and stop lifting. Shweta’s day starts at 4 am but she manages to get her workout session done before the start of her job.

Self confidence is a small Lamp in a dark tunnel. It does not show everything at once, but gives enough light for the next step….. . I am sure u read a lot of quotes like this but no one tells us how to work on it. So here are somethings you can do or change to boost your self confidence. . . Stay away from negativity and bring on the positivity. . Workout everyday and be active, lift some weights I promise it helps. . Change your body language and image, it could be just your posture, smiling, eye contact or speech. She says that she helps people with their fitness and nutritional needs making sure they have someone to talk to at all times of the day.

 

In the future, Shweta wants to reach out to people who think that they cannot afford working out and weight training at the gym.

Her goal is to make her programmes more accessible to people online and for that, she says that she is planning to have a website in the future.
