The damage our daily consumption and waste do to our environment cannot be measured on any parameter. While on our way, our personal imprints may not seem as deadly as we think to give us an alarm to tell us its hard to look away. Artist Chris Jordan journeyed to Midway Atoll, one of the most remote wildlife refuges on earth so that he can document plastic pollution and its effect on wildlife. He found very disturbing images of dead baby albatrosses whose deaths were caused by plastic ingestion and dehydration. Here is one of the video out from midway island showing dead plastic filled birds. Viewer discretion is advised.
