The award-winning musician Shankar Mahadevan has always captivated us with his soulful compositions. Predominantly known for his creations in Bollywood, he is also well-known for his contribution in Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, and Tamil music industries. He left his job as a software engineer to pursue his passion as a singer and composer.

Not only an outstanding singer but he is someone who is well-respected in the music world. Besides being extremely humble, he is known to be honest and open-minded. The recent incident is an evidence of the same.

 

 

There is no denying the fact that social media has given chance to unrecognized talents on several occasions. Recently, such an opportunity came up for this daily wage labour from Kerala. While taking a break during work, he sang a Tamil song in a melodious voice. The video was later uploaded on the internet and instantly became viral. He was singing a Tamil hit ‘Unnai Kaanadhu Naan.’

Following which, Shankar Mahadevan took to social media to find out about the singer. He posted the video asking people to help him identify the man. The maestro further stated that he would like to help and work with this talent. This is what he tweeted:
