Recently, Shahid Kapoor has bought his new plush duplex flat in Worli at Three Sixty West Towers. The duplex is sea-facing and is a part of one of the most high-profile buildings in Mumbai.
Shahid’s new flat exists on a location to die for. It is situated on the 42nd-43rd floors of Towers B of Three Sixty West. The total area of the flat is almost 8625 sq. ft. Apart from this, since Shahid has a number of big cars, he also owns a six car parking spot!
As per a report, the flat was registered on July 12, 2018 and is under the name of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and his wife Mira Shahid Kapoor. You will be surprised to know the whopping amount Shahid had to pay to buy this duplex.
As per a report, Shahid Kapoor bought the duplex for Rs 55.60 crore. The actor also paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration.
On the work front, Shahid will be seen next in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’. This film will also star Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam.
