Sentinelese, who populate the North Sentinel Island of the Andaman and Nicobar chain of islands, is the last pre-neolithic tribe in the world, and is the only one in India that is yet to be contacted by civilization. In 2006, two Indian fishermen were killed by Sentinelese for venturing too close to their island. The above video is believed to be from an encounter with the Indian Coast Guard in 1990, during a period when the last known attempts were made to contact them.
