Ryan International School has been pulled up by the Delhi government for pressuring their teachers and students to support the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The school has been sent a show cause notice, and Delhi’s Deputy CM, Manish Sisodia, has assured that strict action will be taken against the school.

The announcement to join the BJP was even made during assembly time in the morning. Ryan International School has 133 branches across the country with over 2 lakh students.

Teachers reported that their salaries were held back until they joined the BJP. Both students and teachers were sent WhatsApp messages containing a toll-free number to help join BJP.
