A company in Saudi Arabia has done something to its ad that has caused a huge stir on social media. In an advert of a swimming pool, the board has replaced a woman with an inflatable ball.
A retail company named SACO posted the image on their official twitter handle showing a family having fun in a swimming pool. In this image, three children and a man can be seen lounging in the pool. Also, at one side of the pool is an inflatable ball.
Saudi censorship is just fucking hilarious. The woman just became a ball. pic.twitter.com/xNsN452yhv

However, the picture posted by the company was strikingly different from the original image which was later posted by a twitter user. In place of the inflatable ball that can be seen in the censored image, the original image has a woman. There are some more changes in the censored image such as the blacked-out bodies of the children and the man and their pixellated faces.
It has common knowledge that owing to the implementation of Sharia law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the dress code in the country is quite strict. But regardless of the rules, Twitterati took no time in noticing it and putting it under fire!
Their generation will die out eventually, things are improving but it’ll take time for sure.
