After working on blockbuster films including “Tiger Zinda Hai” and “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” there are now rumors that Salman Khan and Kabir Khan will not be working on any other films in future. As per a source, the two are maintaining a distance and are no longer even, friends. According to a source, Salman, the superstar isn’t on talking terms with Kabir anymore.
“The differences between them have been brewing for some time now. And Tubelight was the end of their friendship. Salman and Kabir had heated arguments over how the film and its characters needed to be treated. There were stand-offs in full view of the entire unit, where Kabir would not give in to Salman’s suggestions,” says a report.
While, Tubelight was being shot in Ladakh, stories about their difference started appearing on the social media, which were later dismissed by Kabir.
However, when Ali Abbas Zafar was signed to direct “Tiger Zinda Hai” instead of Kabir Khan, it almost confirmed their (Salman and Kabir’s) ongoing skirmishes.
The report also claims that Ali Abbas now occupies a major space in Salman’s personal and professional life. Ali is more accepting of Salman’s suggestions than Kabir was. Ali and Salman have worked together in two films – “Sultan” and “Tiger Zinda Hai”. They are now working on their next film titled “Bharat”. Salman has also been upset about “Tubelight’s” failure and his tuning with Kabir.
It has also been reported that Kabir has approached Salman for another film. However, Salman is not interested in working with him.
