The runner-up team Sunrisers Hyderabad has successfully performed throughout the league under the mentorship of VVS Laxman. VVS Laxman has done his job of mentoring the team pretty well and received a salary of Rs. 2 crore for the same.
5. Ricky Ponting (Delhi Daredevils)
The coach of Delhi Daredevils, Ricky Ponting is a former Australian cricketer who has the duty to keep a check on the game of the Daredevils. Ponting charged a salary of Rs. 3.7 crore for mentoring the Delhi team.
6. Stephen Fleming (Chennai Super Kings)
The winning team this year, Chennai Super Kings was under the mentorship of former New Zealand cricketer Stephen Fleming. The head coach of CSK charged Rs. 3.7 crore for his mentorship.
7. Virender Sehwag (Kings XI Punjab)
Kings XI Punjab has one of the best players in the league. And why not! They are being mentored by none-other-than Virender Sehwag. The legendary cricketer charged approximately Rs. 3 crore for coaching the team players.
8. Ashish Nehra (Royal Challengers Bangalore)
The Royal Challengers Bangalore’s bowling coach, Ashish Nehra drew a staggering fee of Rs. 4 crore for training the players under the captaincy of Virat Kohli.
