There are bikers. Then there are women bikers. And then there is Roshni Misbah.
She is just a 22-year-old and is a student of Jamia Millia Islamia at New Delhi. Misbah is passionate about biking and, at the same time, setting an example for women in her community and the world.
The college student rides her bike wherever she goes. What makes her different from other women bikers is that Misbah dons a hijab.
She says that the hijab is a part of her culture and riding the bike her passion. So combining the two gives it a different touch.
Her biggest inspiration is her father, who allowed her to follow her dreams. She was in Standard 9th when she started riding.
The Delhi girl is pursuing her MA degree in Arabic and Culture Studies. She owns a Honda CBR Repsol, which she is spotted on around Delhi.
Misbah is a member of many bikers’ groups, most notably the Royal Enfield Bikers Club and the all-women Bikerni. She rides for causes as well supporting NGOs in their various missions.
She loved cruisers before she fell in love with the speed the Honda sports bike gives her.
