Bollywood, formally known as Hindi cinema, is an industry which can either turn you into a big star overnight or crush your hopes and dreams altogether. Every day a lot of people from all over India come to Mumbai hoping to make it big in Bollywood, but very few of them succeed.
To meet their daily expenses, these strugglers take odd jobs in the industry like spot boys, production crew, lighting assistance, etc. One such struggler, who now is a big name in the industry, took the job of the bodyguard of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan.
He is none other than Ronit Roy, who became a household name after playing the character of Rishabh Bajaj in the TV serial Kasautii Zindagii Kay. After his initial success, he played many roles in various TV serials and movies. He also appeared as the lead villain in Akshay Kumar’s movie, Boss.
Ronit Roy himself revealed this information in an interview. He also talked about the difficulties he faced during his journey and how much efforts he put in order to achieve success. Ronit said that he feels no shame about this. He praised Aamir a lot and said that he is a very good human being.
Ronit Roy’s brother, Rohit Roy is also an actor. The duo recently appeared in Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil, where Hrithik portrayed the role of a blind dubbing artist.
He won the Best Actor in a Negative Role Award at Zee Cine Awards and Star Screen Awards both for the role of an abusive father that he played in the movie Udaan (2010). He also won the for Best Supporting Actor Award of Filmfare for the same movie.
