Just days after the video of a man brutally stabbing stray dogs in Delhi’s Green Park area went viral, two NGOs who are working for cruelty against animals have announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for any information with regard to the killer.

The two NGOs who have announced the award are Fauna Police, who uploaded the CCTV video, and Humane Society International.

The incident took place early on March 15 morning and Police since then have started a massive man hunt to nab the ‘serial dog killer.’
They have also gotten puppy killer’s sketch drawn from the CCTV footage and are on a lookout in the area.
They believe him to be a local resident and not a vagabond, and they also think he was drunk at the time of the incident.
