The incident took place early on March 15 morning and Police since then have started a massive man hunt to nab the ‘serial dog killer.’

They have also gotten puppy killer’s sketch drawn from the CCTV footage and are on a lookout in the area.

They believe him to be a local resident and not a vagabond, and they also think he was drunk at the time of the incident.

The 6 minute long CCTV video shows a man dressed in shorts and a jacket with knife in his hands and is seen repeatedly stabbing the stray dogs with the knife.

After stabbing them, he is seen throwing the body of the puppy down the stairs of the Metro station and then catching hold of another dog to attack.
