Here’s Why Ranveer Singh And Deepika Padukone Are Saying No To Wedding Gifts

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are just a few hours away from getting married. The couple has been dating for a few years now but never talked about getting married openly until a few months back. Their love story is one of its kind and people go gaga to see them together. The much talked about wedding is scheduled for November 14 and November 15. Some ceremonies have already begun. Fans are in a frenzy over their union and are just waiting for the final day of the wedding.

Both Deepika and Ranveer were seen leaving for Lake Como on November 9. Interestingly, Ranveer Singh carried a speaker in his hand and was seen cheering to the tunes of ‘Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna’.




The couple is going to get married at a destination which is amongst one of the most expensive wedding venues in the world. They have also sent an e-invite to all the guests, requesting them to carry it.

As per a report, heavy security is being deployed at the venue to avoid any hustle and outsiders are strictly not allowed.



Not only this, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have asked their guests to not bring them any gifts and instead donate their money to Deepika’s charity – The Live Love Laugh Foundation.

“Ranveer and Deepika are committed to the cause and want to involve their guests in the act of kindness.”

Guests are also supposed to not carry any mobile phones with them. In this way the couple is making sure that no pictures from their wedding gets leaked.
