We all know when Rajinikanth does a film, it is bound to go big, but how big it can go can be seen by the fact that his latest venture 2.0 has not even released yet and it has already broken two records of India biggest movie ever- Baahubali 2.
Rajnikanth’s 2.0 is the costliest Indian film till date and has also got Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar and music director, A.R. Rehman, acting in the movie.
But even with such huge spending 2.0 is already making waves as it has already broken 2 big records of Baahubali 2, months before it is even set to release date.
On the record aspect, 2.0 is going to be released in not one or two languages but 15 languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The movie for the past 3 months was just going through its dubbing process.
While Baahubali 2 was dubbed in 4 Indian languages, 2.0 is being dubbed in many foreign languages including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, so to please the international audience.
On second count Baahubali 2 held the record of the highest screen count for its release i.e. with 6500 screens release, 2.0 now has set a new record as it would be released on over 7000 screens at one go.
With two records now already under its belt, we will just have to wait and watch if 2.0 succeeds in winning the Rs. 1,000cr race and take on Bahubali’s #1 movie crown.
