Former cricketer Rahul Dravid or ‘The Wall’ is not only known for his cricket skills but also for his humbleness. The cricketer has time and again showed the world how grounded he is and that he thinks of himself just like any other average person.
In the recently concluded match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Chinnaswammy Stadium, Bengaluru, Dravid was seen ditching the VIP enclosure and sat with the crowd to enjoy the match. In a viral video, Dravid was seen supporting RCB enthusiastically.

As soon as this video was posted on his Twitter account, his fans of the social media website started praising the ace cricketer for his modesty. Take a look at some of it:

Last year, another photograph of his has gone viral when he attended a science fair along with his children. He was seen patiently standing in the line for entry and had no security or tantrums around it.
That’s Rahul Dravid in a queue with his kids at a science exibhition.
No show off;
no page 3 attitude;
no celebrity airs;
no “do you know who I am?” looks;
Queueing just like any other normal parent… really admirable… pic.twitter.com/NFYMuDqubE

In another incident, a Twitter user posted a photograph of Dravid with sister who is also the class teacher of one of his children. In the post, the user wrote that his sister informed him that he is regular to his child’s PTMs and is grounded as a person.
He indeed is. My Didi is his son’s class teacher. He is very regular for the PTM, she said and no vvip tantrums. pic.twitter.com/5beVECtmFQ

These traits apart from him being a great cricketer and a coach continue to make Dravid a favorite among Indians who are sick and tired of celebrities and VIPs showing off their status.
