Last week the film had bagged a whopping 15 nominations at the Filmfare Awards Marathi 2017 that was held on October 27. This film made Priyanka’s skills recognized yet another again, but this time as a producer too.

Recently, she also gained limelight for shooting an intense kidnapping scene on the streets of New York for the 3rd season of her American television show ‘Quantico’.

But social media seems to be unconcerned about all that she is achieving professionally and chided her for one of her recent Instagram posts. On Indira Gandhi’s 33rd death anniversary on October 31, Priyanka Chopra shared a family picture with the former Prime Minister from her photo archives.

Posting the picture on Instagram, Priyanka described it as “An amazing old photo” and mentioned that it had her aunt, her mother, and her late grandparents with former Prime Minister of India, late Indira Gandhi. The post gained immense popularity on the social media in no time, which is justified considering Priyanka’s fan following. It soon had more than 2.5 lakh likes and more than 1000 comments.

However, there was a downside of the popularity of the post. Priyanka was criticized by a number of social media users for taking pride in sharing a family photo with Indira Gandhi who is considered as responsible for “mass murder” by a section of people, despite herself being India’s National Ambassador for the UNICEF.
