In a shocking incident, a Dalit woman constable, Rupesh Bhaati has come forward and accused a senior police official of “harassing” her and humiliating her.

Rupesh is posted in Uttar Pradesh’s Mainpuri district and has accused the Karhal Police Station in-charge, Suresh Chandra Yadav, of forcing her to make food for his children and then writing a report against her when she refused to do so.

After four days of request she had approached a senior official to be able to get back to work, but even after that, Yadav humiliated her by puffing smoke at her face and forcing a cashew into her mouth.

While an inquiry is being conducted, a video has surfaced on social media where Rupesh is seen alleging Yadav of all the mentioned incidents and asking for a case to be registered against him for harassment.

Here is what she said,

Rupesh has met the additional SP and informed him about her senior and has also filed a written complaint against him on December 17.
