One of the most popular comedians on Indian television Kapil Sharma has been away from the small screen since the last couple of months. He became immensely popular with The Kapil Sharma Show. Seemingly, he has kept a low profile after having various public spats with his co-actor Sunil Grover, his former manager Preeti Simoes, and a renowned tabloid journalist. These incidents definitely took a toll not only on his public image but work as well. Incidentally, his popular show Family Time with Kapil had to be canceled abruptly due to several disputes on the set.
Sadly, it was also reported that Kapil Sharma has suffered from alcoholism and depression which contributed to his deteriorating health conditions. However, the comedian-turned-actor was recently spotted celebrating Raksha Bandhan with his family in India. In the pictures from the festive celebrations, Kapil Sharma looks fit and fine.
Well, here is good news for Kapil Sharma fans. The comedian is all set to make a comeback on the Indian television. Yes, you read that right! Kapil Sharma is putting together a brand new season of his previous show The Kapil Sharma Show for his fans. According to the buzz, the show will be aired in the month of October this year.

While talking to a popular news portal about the show, Kapil Sharma said:
“I can assure my fans that I will be back soon with another season of The Kapil Sharma Show. The show has the same effect on the viewers and it would really love to take it forward. However, it is at a very initial stage.”
Also, there were rumors about him working in a web series as well, but keeping things a little secretive, he said that it is too early to talk about that.
However, interestingly, the comedian is now wearing the producer’s hat as he is investing in a Punjabi film named Son of Manjeet Singh. He took it to his Twitter account to announce his collaboration with the film as he released the teaser of the film with his tweet. Take a look:
