Netflix is making sure that all the horror and thriller lovers get what they want! Maybe that’s the reason why they came up with some of the most unimagined concepts like Bird Box and You. The respective horror and thriller genre projects got a lot of love from all the Netflix fans. Sometime back, we had told you about the Bird Box challenge, and how people were opting to perform it as well. But, it seems that there is another series in town which is making people go paranoid, thankfully without any unnecessary challenges. Well, have you heard about Netflix’s You?
For the uninitiated, You is a popular web series which revolves around today’s world (which is very much related to social media). The plot is weaved interestingly and spins around a vicious stalker, Joe (essayed by Penn Badgley), who is obsessed with a girl named Beck (essayed by Elizabeth Lail).
A simple question to all the fellow millennials, be honest and tell us, after watching the first episode itself, how many of you were scared and thought of going lowkey for a while? As funny as it sounds, we thought about it, a couple of times to be exact!
Now, have a read at what tweeps are saying about Netflix’s You:
not even 10 minutes into #YOU on Netflix and I’m creeped the fuck out already

The show “You” on Netflix is by far one of the trippiest things I’ve ever watched in my life. 10/10 recommend if you want to be extra paranoid and unable to stop watching.

#YOU on Netflix is a masterpiece. Part psychological thriller, part romantic comedy, part tragic romance, but mostly just complete bone chillingly disturbing horror. Watch this shit, I’m still reeling. pic.twitter.com/K3owaJKUlS

Stayed up until 2am watching the show, YOU, on Netflix….please go watch it. I feel so paranoid and I don’t trust anybody in my life anymore and I’m too anxious to ever sleep again….But like in a good way. It’s Gossip Girl meets Dexter 🔪🎀

Loved Netflix’ #You!
P.S. I love how the series subtly took a jab at the pretentious social media generation lol avocado toasts, gluten allergies, pretentious classical readers…the stereotype list goes on 😂

Sadly, privacy is just a word today. Hail to technology, it is quite easy for any individual to peek into one’s private affairs. Thanks to GPS as well, it is possible to know your whereabouts and we literally mean “whereabouts”. And You is definitely gonna give you a chill down your spine. If you are a social bee, then this psychological thriller is for you. And trust us, after watching Netflix’s You, many will probably reconsider being active on the digital space!
