While all this is old news now, according to latest reports, Narayan Sai has once again moved court seeking temporary bail.

His bail application has been moved before Additional Sessions Judge PS Gadhvi, and in it he has stated that he wants to contest either from Ghaziabad’s Sahibabad seat or from Varanasi’s Shivpur seat.

He also stated that he will fight from the party that he is the founder member of, Ojaswi Party, and added that he wants to field other candidates for which he needs bail to oversee the preparations.

The court, for now, has kept the matter for hearing on January 21. but one must note that Sai was arrested for allegedly raping a Surat-based woman and was charged under sections of Indian Penal Code for rape, unnatural sex, molestation, wrongful confinement, unlawful assembly, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy.
