It was the most unfortunate and distressing moment for Heather, mother of a 7 month-old, to find out that her son was brutally murdered by his governess’s lover. This left the woman shattered. But amidst the unimaginable heartache of losing her son, this mother did something that saved three lives.
Heather took a brave decision of donating three important organs of her son, including his heart.
When she came to know about the lover of her son Lucas’s governess treating him brutally, she immediately got her son admitted to a hospital for emergency medical help. After diagnosing the child, the doctors, however, informed the mother that no treatment could be of help to Lucas and that he could not be saved. This incident dates back to the year 2013.
This was the most terrible moment for the shattered mother but she somehow took the courageous decision to donate her son’s organs. Eventually, 7 month-old innocent Lucas passed away but his donated organs saved the lives of three ailing children.
