Dear Instafam , Pranayama: Prana means life (no life without breath), Ayama means practice/control. So when you practice control over breath you WILL have control over your LIFE and MIND. It not only cleanses 72000 nadis/channels, your mind and blood ,but that cleansing process translates into energy.. SHAKTI.. This power helps you positively manifest your AURA, RELATIONSHIPS,SELF-AWARENESS and GOALS. This International Yoga day start with Pranayama.. Welcome the NEW you. Apparently, like any other celebrity, ace Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif also shared his picture depicting the benefits of yoga on his social media account, on this occassion. While justifying his true love for yoga he posted a caption on his post stating, “Yoga doesn’t just make the body flexible, but also our mind and emotions.” In the post, Mohammad Kaif shared an image of him doing the yoga pose of ‘Supta Vajrasana’.

Here is the post shared by Mohammad Kaif on International Yoga Day:

Evidently, Muslims on social media were quickly irked by his post and brutally slammed the cricketer for doing yoga. People became outrageous and roasted the cricketer left, right and center by commenting on his religious belief and abusing him.

Some of them are even reminding him to pray ‘Namaz’ five times a day instead of doing yoga for a healthier life.

Here are some of the tweets slamming the cricketer:

Questions!

Well, this is some suggestion:

Scientifically proven!

Well!

People have outrageous hopes!

What?

His priorities are sorted!

There are all kinds of suggestions!

Pissed to the core!

Fatwa on the way?

Outrageous!

Clearly, netizens do not know that yoga is practice without a religious inclination. Interestingly, Mohammad Kaif became the target of social media trolls on his International Yoga Day post in 2017 as well. Check out the post:
