Setting examples for other political leaders, Meghalaya’s Chief Minister Mukul Sangma along with the leader of opposition Dr. Donkupar Roy, set their political differences aside and sang together on the occasion of Sangma’s daughter’s wedding.

The duo were joined by Paul Lyngdoh of the United Democratic Party and the three sang and grooved to Beatles’ classic “All my loving”.

At a time when its hard to even see two politicos even having a laugh together, this gesture not only sets a good example for others but also shows that at the time of celebrations, every personal difference should be set aside.

Not only were the trio good, but they left the audience in awe with their dance moves and now famous singing talent.

According to ‘The Shillong Times’, the video was recorded at Sangma’s eldest daughter’s wedding in Shillong.

Apparently, this was not the first time that Sangma had taken the stage as he is known to be a great singer and was reportedly also a member of a rock band during his college days.

Lyngdoh too is a known poet and is popular for recording many hit songs.

What do you say, people, maybe it’s time India has its own ‘Political Rock Band’?
