India has got its Miss World crown back after a haul of 17 long years. Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar has made the whole nation proud. The 20-year-old queen has mesmerised everyone through her intelligence and beauty.
However, not many of us must be knowing the fact that the journey to becoming the Miss World was not a piece of cake for her. Behind her success are immense hard work, dedication and a zeal for perfection. Manushi has followed a strict schedule since the time she started preparing for Femina Miss India 2017.
Knowing that she had to get that perfect body in order to be amongst the topmost contestants in the ‘Swim Suit’ and ‘Evening Gown’ rounds, Manushi followed intensive gymming and strict diet plans.
We recently got our hands on some of her pictures on Instagram where Manushi can be seen working out. Take a look at this picture.
Manushi can be seen in a complete gymming mode. She quoted this picture, “Diet Tips of The Day from @nmami.agarwal !! If fitness is your thing then…Don’t skip breakfast: Skipping breakfast increases hunger pangs by the end of the day. Eat regular meals and use smaller plates: Eating regular meals helps to reduce the temptation to snack on food that is high in fat and sugar. Avoid sugar, especially refined sugar.”

She also emphasizes on eating almonds on a regular basis.
Though Manushi has now been crowned, we believe she would hardly give up her fitness and diet regime. The journey for her has just started. Who knows, Manushi is the next Priyanka Chopra?
