Ever since PM Modi declared demonetisation of the currency notes, opposition parties started protesting. Mamata Banerjee and Arvind Kejriwal have now joined hands against this currency ban.
Mamata Banerjee has already called Modi’s decision as “draconian” one. She also wrote a poem against this currency crisis and called PM Modi a dictator.
Now, both Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee conducted a rally against demonetisation in Delhi. They even visited the RBI office and asked certain questions.
Kejriwal tweeted about their visit to RBI:
How much currency needed? How much printed? What is capacity? How many more days will it take? Myself n Mamtadi at RBI to get this info

Soon Mamata Banerjee tweeted about the problems people are facing and how long queues are resulting in deaths. She gave an ultimatum of three days to PM Modi to withdraw their currency ban or face more protests.
Take a look at her tweet:
Three day deadline to withdraw this #DeMonetisation Financial emergency, people suffering.Dying. Enough is enough https://t.co/dpYvdoy16l

But, Twitterati couldn’t digest her warning. They questioned her position to give such warning to the PM and many even thrashed her terribly:
