After Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik controversy, looks like Mallika Dua and Akshay Kumar ‘bell bajao’ controversy is going to become the second longest fight of the entertainment world for the year 2017. It all happened when Mallika Dua and her father, Vinod Dua posted several posts on Twitter and Facebook condemning Akshay Kumar’s “sexist” comment that he spoke on the comedy show,’The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’.
The actor hasn’t said anything yet but many comedians including AIB founder, Tanmay Bhatt have stood in Mallika’s support. However, many Akki fans said that the YouTube sensation is playing the woman’s card just because she along with the other two mentors of Akshay’s show have been fired. The whole controversy went through several twists and turns.
While everyone was waiting for Akshay’s comment, many started trolling his wife, Twinkle Khanna. The actor turned author has always been vocal about her opinions and views.
Taking a stand again, Twinkle finally spoke about the controversy and tweeted:

With this, Mrs. Funnybones also made this clear that she does not want to be tagged in any further posts related to the controversy. Speaking her last words on the issue, the actress shared two lame jokes about Akshay and Mallika and tweeted:
I couldn’t resist these two and after this I am done 🙂 #LameJokes pic.twitter.com/3mMckTtmDu

However, Twinkle’s tweet didn’t go well with Tweeple as well as Mallika. Slamming the actress for posting jokes on such serious issues, Mallika tweeted:
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH No. https://t.co/x1GRbWCHkX

Here’s how Tweeple reacted to Twinkle’s jokes on Mallika-Akshay controversy:
Its one thing to refrain from publicly condemning your partner of 15yrs but trivializing a sexist comment with such jokes is jst distasteful

To err is human but to make jokes on something which has made some feel small and humiliated is not human. You are better than [email protected]
