To mark the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has suggested that only women members should speak in Parliament on that day.
PM Modi had last year on March 8 sent out a message to women across the world and saluted their “indomitable courage and stellar achievements”.
