Kiara Advani Opens Up On How Getting Popular After Lust Stories Changed Her Life

Actress Kiara Advani is one hot diva! known for her good acting skills and unique personality, The actress got fame through her 2014 film ‘Fugly’. Further, she won the hearts of the audience with her performances in the movies like ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Machine’. However, she gained huge numbers of fans following the release of Karan Johar’s ‘Lust Stories’. After its success, the actress is now taking calculated decisions and is also more focused than ever.

The actress recently opened up on her career choices and even discussed what drives her to work harder. She revealed many important details about her choice of role for ‘Lust Stories’ and other films.



In an interview given to a publication, she mentioned:

“I feel more responsible with my choices now. I am more driven than ever and determined to work harder and to deliver. I want to make all those people proud who have put in so much faith in me.”



‘Lust Stories’ was a collaborative effort by four different directors including Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, and Dibakar Banerjee. It comprised of four short films which gained much popularity and praise from all over India. Kiara plays the role of a sexually dissatisfied woman who gets caught by her in-laws during self-gratification.




Speaking more about the topic she further mentioned:

“I think cinema is a reflection of the society and whatever is being shown is because of the climate we’re living in. It is relevant, topical and surely somewhere it’s impacting people who can relate to these circumstances.”



Till date, Kiara had only featured in five films and she also spoke up on why she did that. She explained:

“But that’s also because I wasn’t being offered every exciting film at that time. Today things are different and so I will work harder to keep that up now.”

She also stated that she is the happiest when she works and strives to be the best version of herself. On the work front, Kiara Advani will be seen next in Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Good News’ and Karan Johar’s ‘Kalank’.
