Karnataka Congress MLA Ambareesh Skips Assembly Session, Spotted Dancing At Party

Karnataka MLA Ambareesh has hit the headline again, leaving the ruling Congress party red-faced. This time, the minister bunked the ongoing state assembly session in Belgavi for an on-stage dancing session at a music launch party in Bengaluru.

An embarrassing video clip circulating on social media shows the minister dancing to a loud music on stage, holding a woman, with a group of people before proceeding back to his seat.

Ambareesh is currently a Congress legislator from Mandya constituency.

According to Zee News, this is not the first time the Kannada actor-turned-politician has been caught redhanded and embarrassed the party.

In 2015, Ambareesh hit the headlines for watching a dance video on Whatsapp along with another Congress MLA SS Mallikharjun while the assembly session was going on.

Another video in 2014 show the Congress leader dancing to song Humma Humma and a picture of him kissing a girl in a bar went viral.

He was then the housing minister in the state government. He expressed his anguish over the publication of the kissing photograph and had even asked whether it was wrong to show affection to daughters and granddaughters.

Ambareesh was just recently in news for his ongoing tussle with another Congress leader Ramya. It seems like the Congress leader has the habit of being in the news for all the wrong reasons.
