The hottest topic on internet right is now is Netflix short film ‘Lust Stories’ which is the return of Bombay Talkies directors –  Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee and Zoya Akhtar. The four directors have returned to the screen with ‘Lust Stories’, an Indian anthology film based on sexual taboos. Kiara’s masturbation scene was one of the key highlights of Karan’s directorial.

Karan Johar has directed one part, which features famous Telugu star and ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story” fame actress Kiara Advani with Vicky Kaushal.

For Kiara’s masturbation scene, ace filmmaker Karan Johar chose Kiara Advani for her superb acting as a sex-starved newly wedded wife and she played this part indeed really well.

Kiara Advani’s ‘masturbation scene’ is a 1.47-minute-long bold performance, and it showed her using a mobile phone’s vibrator to satisfy herself in front of her husband and his family.

Kiara’s superb performance made headlines and became viral on social media, just like actress Swara Bhaskar‘s bold scene in ‘Veere Di Wedding’.

The story behind this scene was Kiara’s urgent need to masturbate after her naive husband (Vicky) fails to please her. So she decides to take matters in her own hand.

The director of this bold scene, Karan Johar, who is used to trolls often, was targeted by Lata Mangeshkar’s family for using the title track of  ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ (sung by her) as the background score for Kiara’s scene.

The family alleged that Karan didn’t use Lata Mangeshkar‘s permission for using her iconic song for such an ‘orgasm’ scene. A member was quoted:

“Why did Karan Johar use Lata Didi’s immortal song in such an embarrassing situation? I still remember how ecstatic Karan was when Didi had recorded the song for Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Why turn the dream song into a nightmare now?”

In fact, Karan’s woes don’t end here. Now, this bold scene is being compared to one from Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl in ‘The Ugly Truth’, which is quiet similar in its essence and theme. Netizens were quick to point out:

While users are busy commenting on Karan’s habit of copying classics, they also can’t stop accusing him of nepotism with his upcoming movie ‘Student of the year 2‘.

Meanwhile, here’s the famous scene of the Hollywood ‘The Ugly Truth’ which has an uncanny resemblance to Kiara’s masturbation scene and got people talking:
